Absolutely not! Our food is meticulously prepared in a commercial kitchen, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and food preparation set by Malaysia’s Ministry of Health. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers by ensuring that every dish is prepared in a clean and sanitized environment.
Is Sushi Delivery Malaysia halal-certified?
Our food menu doesn't include pork, lard, mirin, or alcohol, and it's prepared by Muslim chefs and kitchen crew. While we're not halal-certified, we prioritize providing options that adhere to Islamic dietary guidelines. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us!
Where are the areas that you provide delivery service?
Currently, we offer delivery to various locations in the Klang Valley, including the KL Area, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Puchong, Sunway, and more. What is the estimated time of delivery per order?
Each of our orders is freshly prepared within 60 minutes before pick-up to guarantee the utmost freshness of your food. Subsequently, delivery to your doorstep occurs within an hour upon being passed to the driver (excluding unforeseen circumstances like traffic or weather issues). We're committed to ensuring that your dining experience is not only delicious but also punctual and convenient.

What are your operating hours?
We offer delivery to all locations within the Klang Valley from 11AM to 9PM daily. Whether you're craving sushi for lunch or dinner, we've got you covered! For any inquiries, our team is available 24/7 to assist you. Feel free to reach out to us anytime, and we'll be happy to assist!
How can I be sure that my sushi and sashimi is fresh when I receive it?
In addition to preparing each order directly before sending it out for maximum freshness, we take extra care by packing our sashimi with ice packs. This ensures that your order maintains the perfect temperature throughout the delivery process, guaranteeing the highest quality and freshness when it arrives at your doorstep.
How soon must I consume the sushi and sashimi after it arrives?
For the best dining experience, we strongly recommend consuming all sashimi and sushi within 2 hours of delivery. However, if you need to preserve its freshness for a longer period, you can store the food directly in the refrigerator upon receiving it. By doing so, you can extend the freshness of your sushi for up to 24 hours while maintaining its quality and flavor.
Are cutleries provided with my order?
