What is SushiDelivery.my?

Sushi Delivery Malaysia specialises in express delivery of fresh, quality Japanese cuisine - from our Kitchen straight to your Home! We provide excellent grade sashimi and gourmet handmade sushi, carefully prepared by our chefs.

 

Is Sushi Delivery Malaysia’s food prepared in a home kitchen?

Not at all! Our food is prepared in a commercial kitchen, observing the full hygiene and food preparation standards of Malaysia’s Ministry of Health.

 

Is Sushi Delivery Malaysia halal-certified?

No, we are not halal-certified, but our food menu serves NO pork, NO lard, NO mirin and NO alcohol. Prepared by Muslim chefs and kitchen crew.

 

Where are the areas that you provide delivery service?

We currently deliver to these locations in Klang Valley - Subang, Puchong, Sunway, and Petaling Jaya.

What is the estimated time of delivery per order?

Each of your orders are freshly prepared by hand within 60 minutes before pick up to ensure freshness of your food. Thereafter, delivery to your doorstep is within an hour upon being passed to the driver (excluding unforeseen circumstances such as traffic issues).

 

I forgot to add an item to my order. What can I do?

Not to worry! Just call our hotline or message us immediately via the online chat on our website. Our friendly support team will be ready to assist you.

What are your operating hours?

We deliver to all locations in Klang Valley, between 11AM - 9PM daily. For enquiries, you can contact us 24/7!

 

How can I be sure that my sushi and sashimi is fresh when I receive it?

Besides preparing each order directly just before sending it out for maximum freshness, we also pack our sashimi with ice packs to ensure it maintains the right temperature during delivery.

 

How soon must I consume the sushi and sashimi after it arrives?

We strongly recommend for all sashimi and sushi to be consumed within 2 hours. However, you may preserve its freshness for up to 24 hours if you store the food directly into the refrigerator upon receiving it.

 

Are cutleries provided with my order?

For environmental reasons, disposable cutleries are NOT provided by default. You can request for cutleries under the "Notes/Special Instructions" column before checking out.

 

I had a bad experience - I want to complain!

In the unlikely situation that you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us directly via our hotline or email your feedback to support@sushidelivery.my. We will get back to you as soon as possible. We will provide a replacement item for any late or unsatisfactory orders. Trust us, it never happens!

Yes, of course! Just submit your order online with the delivery location and contact details. You may insert remarks if you would like us to take any special note regarding your order.
