How It Works
- Upon receiving your order, we will schedule the delivery once payment is confirmed.
- Our chef will prepare your food order and hand over to the delivery driver once it’s done, for optimum freshness.
- Delivery will arrive within your preferred time slot, within 60 minutes that the delivery driver picks up the order. Actual arrival time at your doorstep will be dependent on your location, traffic conditions, and any unforeseen circumstances.
- Enjoy your gourmet Japanese meal!
We recommend to place orders of at least 2 days in advanced for large quantity bookings, such as for parties or events.
Delivery Notice
Same Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available, but please allow some waiting time as all dishes are freshly prepared upon receiving your order.
We will make every effort to deliver within the selected time slot.
During Peak Hour/ Bad Weather
Delivery times may be extended during peak hours or adverse weather conditions.
However, we will do our utmost to deliver your order within the selected time slots.
Delivery Procedures for Unreachable Recipient
If the recipient is not reachable at the time of delivery, our delivery team will leave the order at a suitable location and take a photo for confirmation.
You will be notified via Whatsapp with the proof of delivery.
Door-to-door Service
Kindly note that there will be additional charges for door-to-door service. (Not applicable to landed properties)
Please contact us for more information if you would like to opt for door-to-door service.
In the Event of Late Deliveries
Should the delivery time exceeds 1 hour from your requested time slot due to reasons deemed unacceptable by Sushi Delivery Malaysia, we will offer a 50% discount voucher for your next purchases.
Example A:
Customer ordered for the selected delivery time slot of 1-2PM. Delivery arrived at 3.15PM (exceeded 1 hour from 2PM). Receive a 50% discount voucher for your next order.
Example B:
Customer ordered for the selected delivery time slot of 1-2PM. Delivery arrived at 2.45PM (within 1 hour from 2PM). No Discount Voucher is applicable. Enjoy your meal!
The discount vouchers are valid for 2 weeks from the date of issue.
