Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. Kindly note that our kitchen will begin processing and preparing your meal upon receiving your order, based on the scheduled delivery time.

2. You may cancel your order and receive a refund only if our kitchen has not yet accepted and begun preparing your order.

3. For advance orders (placed more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time), cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made on the same day as the delivery will not be entitled to a refund, but the amount paid can be credited towards your next order.

4. If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, we will provide you with the necessary details to process it. Refunds will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment.

5. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been accepted by our kitchen and prepared for delivery, please note that no refunds—whether full or partial—will be issued. You will also forfeit the delivery of the cancelled order.

6. SushiDelivery.my reserves the right to cancel any order and/or suspend, deactivate, or terminate your account at its sole discretion if fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior is reasonably suspected in connection with your order or account.

7. No Show Cancellation: If you are uncontactable or fail to receive your order within ten (10) minutes of its arrival at the delivery address, SushiDelivery.my reserves the right to cancel the order without any refund or compensation.

8. If you encounter any issues with your order—such as missing items, incorrect items, or defective goods, please contact our customer support team immediately. SushiDelivery.my may request photographic evidence and/or additional information to investigate the matter thoroughly.
If we determine that the order or items received are not in satisfactory condition or quality, we will provide appropriate compensation for the affected items or the entire order.
